Human Learning:

Human learning is a process of acquiring knowledge. Our behaviour, skills,
values and ethics
are acquired when we
process information through our minds and learn.

Human learning may occur as part of
education, personal development or any other
informal/formal training.
q
Human learning process varies from person to person.
Once a learning process is set into the minds of people, it is difficult to
change it.
q
Humans acquire knowledge through experience
either directly or shared by others.
n
Humans
without knowledge in particular subjects can apply their intelligence to solve
problems in new domains.
Types Human
Learning:
q Human
learning can be classified into 3 types:
1. Learning under Expert guidance.
2. Learning guided by knowledge gained from Experts.
3. Learning by Self.
ü Learning under Expert guidance:
Either somebody
who is an expert in the subject directly teaches us.
ü Learning guided by knowledge
gained from Experts:
We build our
own notion indirectly based on what we have learnt from the expert in the past.
